Close grained machine tool grade 20 cast iron with a BHN of 180-220 is used. This is stress relieved before finishing.
Machine Tool Accessories of milling machine and cutter holding equipment, Combination Bench Centre such as reduction and extension sleeves, long milling arbors, stub arbors, ISO/M Taper adopters, boring bars and special to customer requirement. Alloy steel such as EN353, EN354 which is case hardened to 55-58 HRC, is used for making accessories. The Wheel Balancing Stands are manufactured for Grinding Machines.
The sub-assemblies and components are manufactured to customer specifications. Clients can avail from a variety of Stub Arbors, Long Milling Arbors, machine tool spindles and Cast iron surface plates components.
